The one bedroom apartment is in the nicest area in Puerto Vallarta, Conchas Chinas about a mile and a half from downtown, south.  It is two blocks up from the main road where this is always a taxi or bus to take you to town.  So you do not need a car, however there is a place to park one.  We are in the old part of town, about a $20.00 taxi ride from the airport, away from the high rise hotels, near Los Meurtos beach.  It is small but very cozy.  It has a private deck furnished with a table and chairs.  The view is of the garden.  But there are stairs to the pool and upper patios for great ocean views. 

It has a living room,  dining area, complete kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, pure water brought in, coffee maker, blender, toaster.  There is a bath with large shower, queen size bed, lots of closets.  Also daily maid service, cable TV, phone, air conditioning in the bedroom, fans in the rest of the apartment.  The one bedroom is part of the property known as Fantasia De Zelda.

There is also a built-in barbeque near the pool.  The apartment is decorated nicely with oil paintings, hand woven rugs and local folk art.  At $50.00 a night, summer and $60.00 a night winter rates and Christmas, this is a very economical rental.  We can also provide a cook, dinners only.  Monthly rate is $900.00.  To book this villa, we require one half down as deposit, and the balance one month before your departure.  We have an on-site maintenance man and a Manager, to help with anything you might need.
